Geocells: Constructed from HDPE/PP polymer sheets, assembled through ultrasonic welding, riveting, and injection molding. They can be folded and unfolded into a honeycomb-like three-dimensional grid. When filled with soil, sand, or gravel, they form a rigid composite cushion layer. They are a three-dimensional reinforced geosynthetic material, distinct from planar geogrids and geotextiles.
Five Major Product Advantages
- Cost-effective Storage and Transportation: Folded down to only 1/10 of its unfolded volume, resulting in low transportation costs.
- Simple Construction: Unfolding → U-shaped nail anchoring → filling and compaction, requiring no large machinery.
- Corrosion and Durability: Resistant to soil acids and alkalis, and groundwater corrosion; suitable for frozen soil and saline-alkali land.
- Eco-friendly: Perforated models can be filled with soil for planting grass, integrating slope greening and soil stabilization, replacing masonry slope protection.
- Flexible Customization: Adjustable height and thickness to suit light-load greening to heavy-load highway subgrades.
